Why $9?

Because software pricing in the trades is broken, and somebody had to say it out loud.

The sticker price is a lie in this industry.

Here is how buying field-service software usually goes.

You see an ad: "$39 a month." Reasonable. You sign up. Then you learn the $39 tier does not do online payments the way you need, or text reminders, or the second user. The features a three-person shop actually needs live two tiers up. Reddit put it best: "All the features you want are in the top tier - you end up there very quickly."

So the real numbers look like this (as of July 2026):

  • Jobber: advertised from $39/month - but the ladder runs to $599/month, with annual price hikes and per-user math that makes hire #2 a software decision.
  • Housecall Pro: from $59/month on annual billing, up to $299 plus $35 per extra user - and add-on cost creep is its single most-complained-about problem.
  • ServiceTitan: roughly $245-$398 per technician per month, plus $5,000-$50,000 in implementation. Built for the 20-truck shop, priced like it. Termination fees as high as $39,375 have been documented.

None of these are bad products. They are bad deals for a small crew. The advertised price and the paid price are two different numbers, and the gap is the business model.

Meanwhile, the one-truck business - the biggest under-served group in the trades, where only around a third of solo operators use any field-service software at all - gets priced out entirely. "Jobber is great but the pricing is mental" is a real quote from a real tradesperson.

We think the small shop deserves the same software power as the 100-truck company, at a price that never makes the decision hard. That is the whole company, in one sentence.

No catch. Here is the math instead.

"Nine dollars" triggers the too-good-to-be-true alarm. Good - that alarm has served you well. Here is why it does not apply.

We do not have a sales team. You sign up yourself, in the app, in minutes. No demos to schedule, no quotes to negotiate, no commission to bake into your monthly bill. Self-serve signup is most of the trick.

We run one codebase. Every customer, from the solo handyman to the ten-person pest control outfit, runs the same software. No custom deployments, no implementation projects, no $5,000 onboarding invoice - because there is nothing to implement. You pick your trade at signup and the app configures itself.

We publish prices instead of negotiating them. Negotiated pricing needs people to negotiate. Published pricing needs a web page. One of those costs a lot more than the other, and you are the one who pays for it.

That is it. That is the whole trick. There is no catch, because the absence of a catch is the product.

Four promises, in writing.

1. The price on the page is the price you pay.

$9 means $9. No setup fee, no "payments module" add-on, no per-feature surcharges appearing on month three is bill. What your plan lists is what your plan includes.

2. Your data exports in one click.

Customers, jobs, invoices, estimates - out as CSV, anytime, on every plan. No support ticket, no 30-day waiting period, no exit fee. If we ever stop deserving your business, leaving is easy. That is on purpose: it keeps us honest.

3. Cancel in two clicks.

No contracts. No termination fees. No "call us to cancel" phone maze. Two clicks in settings and you are done. Compare that to documented termination fees of up to $39,375 elsewhere in this industry.

4. No add-ons. Ever.

We will never sell you a feature as a bolt-on line item. Features belong to plans, plans have published prices, and every page of this site tells you which plan a feature lives in - before you buy, not after.

The honest part: what is not in the $9 plan.

The number in our name is where everyone starts - not a claim that everything costs $9. So here is exactly where $9 ends, stated here before you find out in the app:

Starter ($9/mo) is a real CRM with real limits: 3 users, 1,000 customers, 500 leads, 200 jobs a month, 1,000 emails a month. For a one-truck business, those limits are generous. For a six-cleaner crew, they are not - and we would rather tell you that now.

Growth ($29/mo) is for the shop that is hiring: 10 users, 10,000 customers, 2,000 jobs a month, plus marketing campaigns, automations, and lead-source integrations.

Pro ($79/mo) removes the limits entirely - unlimited users, customers, jobs, emails - and adds SMS, WhatsApp, and calling, custom fields, API access, e-signatures, accounting, and advanced workflows.

Same honest deal at every rung: published price, everything listed included, export anytime, cancel in two clicks. The $9 is not a teaser rate that expires - it is a permanent plan that a permanent kind of business runs on forever. And when you outgrow it, the next price is on the same page, not in a sales call.
